Chevy 230-4201 GM Duramax 6.6L LB7 LLY LBZ LMM Head Stud Kit

These Head Stud Replacement Kits are manufactured with high quality materials rated at 220,000 psi tensile strength and a black oxide finish that protects from wear and tear.

This rebuild stud set includes Heads Studs, Nuts and Hardened Parallel Washers.

This set is a direct replacement to OEM parts number 230-4201 or 2304201.

Designed to service 2001 to 2004 GM Duramax 6.6L LB7, 2004 and Up GM Duramax 6.6L LLY, 2006 to 2007 GM Duramax 6.6L LLY/LBZ, 2007 to 2010 GM Duramax 6.6L LMM and 2003-2008 GM Duramax 6.6L Kodiak/Topkick C4500/5500.

The cylinder heads and gasket will perfectly aligned into position using our bolt kit making the repair job quick and easy.

Always lubricate both sides of the washers with an assembly lubricant then place them over the bolts onto the cylinder head spot faces. Make sure to torque to shop manual specs for superior performance on your vehicle.
