Our heavy-duty piston ring installer is used for the repair of Detroit Diesel 60 Series 12.7 litter EGR truck engine.

Direct replacement to OEM part number J-46927 or J46927.

Specially designed to compress the rings and allow the piston to be inserted into the cylinder bore without damaging the ring set.

When working on a pre-EPA07 emission update 60 series or non-EGR 50 and 60 series engine, use J-35598-A instead.
