Kent-Moore J-41415-40 Gas Cap Adapter
The 1998 Malibu/Cutlass will have a check valve a the base of fuel filler neck. When pressurizing the EVAP system through EVAP port, this check valve prevents pressure testing of the gas cap and filler neck. This adapter is installed between the gas cap and the fuel filler neck. It allows previously essential J 41413 EVAP Pressure/Purge Cart to pressurize the entire EVAP system for diagnosis.
