Description

OTC Tools OTC 4036 Vanguard Jr. Two-Stage, High-Pressure Power Unit, for Double-Acting Rams, 2-gal Reservoir.  Combines compact size and light weight with 2-stage high performance.  The trouble-free performance that this pumping unit has earned is a proven, documented fact! Fast-acting, precision-built, two-stage pumping unit consiting of a gear pump for the low pressure stage and an axial-piston pump for the high pressure stage, the latter being "supercharged" by the gear pump. Vanguard delivers low volume at high pressure, yet provides high volume at low pressure for fast cylinder piston approach and return. Unit features a 10,000 PSI universal motor which starts under full load. They are suitable for operation up to 10,000 PSI. Motor is 1/2 HP, 12,000 RPM, 115V, 60/50 cycle AC single-phase.  2-stage hydraulic pump comes with 3-position/ 4-way valve and run/off/jog motor control (115V). 2 gallons of oil supplied. Reservoir is 2 (462 Cu in) gallon.  .
