OTC 4200 Nozlrater Diesel Injector Nozzle Tester
The Nozlrater tester is a highly effective tool for diagnosing various issues with diesel fuel injector nozzles. It allows you to assess leakage, pop-off pressure, spray pattern, and chatter in a wide range of injectors used in automotive, agricultural, and construction engines.
The tester features a rugged and lightweight reservoir that can hold 7/10 of a gallon of fuel. It is equipped with a replaceable 2-micron filter to ensure clean fuel is used. The large, dual-scale, high-pressure gauge is protected by a guard and includes an indicator needle to record the maximum pressure reached during testing.
The Nozlrater tester is designed to be portable for field use, as it is lightweight and easy to carry. Alternatively, it can be bench-mounted using the holes in its base for convenience.
Please note that the Nozlrater tester is not suitable for Cummins or Detroit injectors.
