Tillman EN-47971 & 7219 Oil Pressure Gauge Adapters for GM 4.8L, 5.3L, 5.7L, 6.0L Engines 1996-2006 on Generation 3 & 4 & 5 V8 Engines

  • EN-47971 Oil Pressure Adapter – Works on Generation IV & V V8 engines. Fits for GM, Chevy Camaro / Malibu and ATS, 2006-later Corvette, XLR-V, STS-V.
  • 7219 Oil Pressure Adapter – Works on Generation III & V8 engines. Fits for GM 4.8L, 5.3L, 5.7L, 6.0L engines, 1996-2006, similar to J-42907.

The oiling system on the small-block V8 engines now requires the use of a unique oil filter, and the oil pressure sending unit is not readily accessible. EN-47971 is installed in place of the spin-on oil filter, and allows existing oil pressure gauge J-21867 to be attached for engine oil system diagnosis. EN-45299 Engine Pre-luber can also be attached to pre-lubricate the engine prior to starting a replacement engine.

Equipped with ports to attach oil pressure tester. Dual port for bottom or side tester connection.

Made from premium sturdy aluminum, and anodized with blue or silver coat finish for providing much longer service

Installed in place of the spin-on oil filter, and allows existing oil pressure gauge to be attached for engine oil system diagnosis and oil pressure measurement.
