Tillman EN-51105 Fuel Injector Seal Installer Guide Set | Long and Short
The Bosch SIDI system used on 2013 - later LGE family engines has two seals on each injector tip. These seals must be installed into their grooves and then sized to the engineered dimension before the injectors are installed into their bores in the cylinder head.
There are two seal installation pilots included in EN-51105 (one for each groove) which allow the seal to slide onto the injector tip without catching on any machined surface, welded tip end, or the incorrect groove.
EN-51105 allows use of a seal pusher to drive the seal over the pilot and into the groove, and a sizer to compress each seal into its groove and ensure its size prior to installation. The seal pusher and sizer from EN-49245 must be used to install the seals correctly and to ensure they are sized correctly for leak-free operation.

Tillman GM EN-49248 6706 Injector Rail Remover
Similar to EN-49248 and compatible with OTC 6706.
Used to properly remove the direct injection fuel rail without damage to the injectors, cylinder head, and rail mount assemblies. In place of the mounting bolts, helps safely reach under the injector rail near each mount location.
The fuel rail and injector assembly used on the Hitachi SIDI system on 2010 LF1 3.6L V6 and LAF 2.0L ECOTEC has two seals on each injector, and these seals are installed with very tight tolerances. Once the engine has been run, injector and rail removal is very difficult, and the assembly must be removed as straight as possible to prevent the chance of damaging an injector bore in the cylinder head, or to the mount assembly.
Each mount assembly contains an isolator, and cannot have any force applied to the mount for removal. EN-49248 installs in place of the mounting bolts, and reaches under the injector rail near each mount location. The hand wheels on EN-49248 at each mount location are tightened evenly to un-seat all injectors evenly, preventing damage to the injectors, cylinder head, and rail mount assemblies.
Note: If you are working on a 5.3L or 6.2L you will need a quantity of 2 sets.
