Kent-Moore EN-50343 DPF Opening Gauge

EN-50343 DPF opening gauge is used to determine if a DPF should have a cleaning attempted, or if it should be replaced. EN-50343 gauge is inserted into as many holes as directed in the DPF honey-comb, and should seat its handle against the DPF material. If EN-50343 seats fully in all tested holes, the DPF can be sent for cleaning. If EN-50343 cannot be fully inserted into the DPF, the DPF must be replaced. Unapproved methods may lead to unnecessary DPF replacement.
