OTC Tools OTC 4046 RamRunner Two-Stage, Electric / Hydraulic Pump, for Double-Acting Rams.  It's called a "RamRunner" & that's just what it does... run large double-acting rams for fast frame straightening, wheel alignment, etc. Delivers up to 17 cu. in./min. at max. operating pressure of 10,000 PSI. Has a 3 position/4 way valve with "advance", "hold" & "return" positions & is for use with single acting rams. Equipped with a 1/2 h.p. single-phase, 60 Hz, 115V thermal protected electric motor & is designed to start under load. 6 ft. remote control cord for "on/off " control. One gallon, 2 quarts of oil is supplied.
