These VW special service tools are designed to counter hold the drive chain sprockets for the camshaft, oil pump sprocket, and vibration damper.

Specifically used when loosening or tightening the cam sprocket center bolt.

Similar to factory VW tools VAG 3036, T10172, T10172A, and T10172B.
