Kent-Moore EN-52074 Glow Plug Bore Carbon Remover

Applications: 2016-later Silverado, Sierra with 6.6L Diesel engine

EN-52074 is used to remove carbon build-up in the glow plug bore that can interfere with or damage the glow plug tip when replacing glow plugs. Once grease is applied to the reamer to catch any carbon removed, EN-52074 pilots into the glow plug bore and the reamer end passes into the combustion chamber of the head. The hex on EN-52074 is turned with a ratchet to remove any carbon build up, which remains in the grease on the end of EN-52074 to be removed from the engine.

Failure to use EN-52074 may result in damage to the glow plug.
