Detroit Diesel J-35641-A 60 Series Cylinder Head Lift Bracket Tool Alt.
Direct replacement to OEM part number J-35641-A.
This tool is used to lift the cylinder heads from the Detroit Diesel 60 series engines.
Remove the cylinder head bolts and install the cylinder head lifter bracket (J-35641-A) using the bolt hole at the inboard center, then attach a suitable lifting hook to the eyelet in the lift bracket, and lifter the cylinder head off the engine.

Comes with Cylinder Liner Puller Assembly, Convenient Carry Handle and Replacement O-Rings.Simply insert the remover tool into the cylinder and tighten the expander nut, the metal cylinder body expands out to ensure a secure hold on the liner. As the bridge nut is tightened the liner is released from the engine block. Then use the convenient handle to lift the liner from the engine block and transport it to a work station or storage location.
